Hi michael,

I was (and still) reverse engineering the fs from the rom image. Several
things
is the same as FAT12. But there are major differences. The cluster chains
are
handled differently since they are not handling clusters at all. And I
found
another tricky dentry item.
FAT_ENT_FREE in the chain appearing without reason. The normal fat module
after removing some sanity checks in inode.c will complain about invalid
dentry chains. Maybe this part is related to my failing write tries.
Whatever...

Can I make a full explain about this subject on this list Michael?
Somebody might have some idea about this also....

Can be. :)
