Kernel can be compiled

Hello,

Just to let your know that I've clean the h2200 kernel files a bit, and
now you can compile your kernel for your favorite device without errors.

If you want be automatically updated on such kernel changes, you can
subscribe to the cvs-updates-kernel mailing list
(https://handhelds.org/mailman/listinfo/cvs-updates-kernel)

You can use my config file from http://michaelo.free.fr/pda/h2210/config/ .

Of course, we are still at the beginning and the kernel doesn't boot
yet. We still have to go on filling the right settings in the right files.

Studying the code for working examples such as h5400 and AximX5 is
definitely useful to understand how everything works (at least for
beginners like me!).
