Gday!

hmmm... bit like setting a fleet of dinghies to sea without compasses
and telling them to get to the other side of the world. I'd much prefer
to see us using the same map & instructions, no matter what type of boat
we're attempting to float:)

That's true, dummy runs for practice could help, and from the way this
list seems to be going so far I don't think we'll have much of a
problem with communication. (However others may choose a mind-altering
substance other than beer ... which may end up with a combination
of wobbly and psychadelic code ... hmmm... there's an idea)

ps. no bricks allowed ... we're building boats remember! They've got to
float! :)

I would suggest that it's not stuck, we've just run out of facts to discuss
(atm) and there seem to be 2 camps of opinion:
1. Just do it yourself (ie build your own boat)
2. Have a central location where we can all play (boats and pond provided)
It's just a matter of time before the dominant opinion asserts itself,
(or blinds the opposition with overwhelming logic)
no need to push it, let it develop naturally:) (IMHO)
Don't forget that at the moment we are laying the foundation for the future
of this project. I would argue that _any_ thought that is relevant to the
future structure of our development be considered now rather than later.
(oops ... we've built out boat but havent allowed for a sail or motor!
..too late ... ah well ... let's just use super-glue and sticky-tape ;)
