2.6.19 - much better

Okay, I tossed the 2.6.17 kernel I was working with, and rebased
to 2.6.19.1. I had to fix some things in the old patch set, but it
wasn't too bad. At the moment I am running GPE mostly normally
on my 1940. Suspend tries to do something, the screen flickers
but it returns without suspending. I assume you're getting farther
than this...

Bluetooth still doesn't work on the rebuilt kernel. The reason
appears to be that the patchset doesn't have any support for
the GPIO pins that enable it, there is no h1940-bt device at all.
Is this patch available somewhere?

Tom.
