Cannot create bootblaster_linuxloader.bin

I'm attempting to install Familiar with Opie on an hp iPaq1910. I've
downloaded the bootloader xdelta patch from
http://handhelds.org/moin/moin.cgi/HpIpaqH1910Documentation but it will not
complete when it is run. Here is the terminal output:

Am I missing a file from the xdelta patch tarball? Or is xdelta a program I
need to install seperately?
