Hello,
I've tried prboom from familiar and can't get it to be usable on HP iPaq 1915.
I can't remap the keys successfully, since as said in the [1]Familiar package
page the PIM buttons will react with Opie unless I started a new game, and I
can't reach the menu once I started a game. I can't even quit, since it's
said to press the 'y' button to so so. However, defaults keys seems to be
recognised.
I've also tried snes9x-sdl-qpe, and it seems to only recognise the joystick
key. Key mapping commented in the [2]Familiar package page won't help, since
the only mapped key will be that key, and also can't even quit the game. It's
said to require libqpe2, and can get it to install ONLY using -nodeps. Is
this one the responsible from getting the buttons to run? Which one should I
install? h3600? h3900? Tried several and they won't install x_x.
One thing that helps on both games is to rotate the SDL joystick buttons by
[3]exporting SDL_KEY_ROTATION=1, or joystick buttons will be mirrored.
