Then that's what I want to do... I want to boot linux on my 1910 over NFS.

All I have right now, is a 1910 with WinCE... I want to run OPIE or GPE on
it (whichever works).

If I boot linux over NFS, does that mean the PDA has to stay connected to
the NFS server after it boots up? Meaning, do I have to keep the USB cable
connected to my PC for it to work?

Thanks,

it's not safe install linux into pda without SD/MMC card.
it's needed to restore to bootable state.

So option for you is boot linux over NFS.

I'm not sure if you got boot linux allready or you allready do it and want
