How to boot to WinCE from bootloader mode on 1910?

Hi,

I have some trouble with my iPAQ 1910, and need some help.

I try enter bootloader mode (copy EnterBooloader from 1940 upgragde stuff to
iPAQ and run it). Now iPAQ show HP logo and a line: 1.04 at top of screen.

Now, I can use some command: r2sd, r2sd boot., but I can't boot to WinCE.
When I try sd2r to download WinCE ROM, the process stop at message
"Downloading operating system".

Now, my iPAQ 1910 like a brick, really.
