Booting H1930?

Hi people,
I just tried to boot Linux on my H1930, but it didn't work as expected.
 From the wiki I got the haret executable, configuration, etc.
I cross compiled the kernel 2.6.11-bk1 with latest patches with the
arm toolchain version 3.4.1 (tried 3.3.2 too), uploaded it and started
haret.
When I press the button in haret, the thermometer goes up to the top, and
then my entire screen is filled with random pixels. That's all.
Is this a problem with haret on the 1930? It shouldn't be the kernel,
as I tried the precompiled version 2.6.10 (alpha/final) too, which gave
the same output.
I'm going to put back my WinCE backup now, and hope somebody is
able to help!
