trouble

OK, first i tried starting linexec1910 with the aquadran files in the
My Documents folder... it froze at "irda attaching irda0". I thought
maybe i had to be connected to my desktop (and the internet) for it to
work. Once connected the same thing happened again, however when i
unplugged it from the computer it said "usb-eth: device configured, go
go go."... nothing happened beyond this even when i plugged it back
into my computer. I tried soft reseting it hoping it would boot linux,
but no such luck. Do you know what I am doing wrong?
