I think I've just turned my 1910 into a brick ?!

Ahem... I just happend to boldly try to install the original bootstrap
files from http://handhelds.org/~joshua/aquadran/. Downloaded it with
Mozilla, passed them through the 'Pocket_PC My Documents' folder of a
freshly reset 1910...
It booted, sort of...
Right up to the irDa init it kept giving me messages...
Then it stopped...
Then I resetted and now all it does is display the white HP Invent
screen ;-(
