Booting a kernel on h1940

Hi,

I'm a new owner of a h1940 and I'd very happy to wipe out the current
OS...
So, I've cross-compiled a 2.6.7 kernel (from kernel.org, not hh.org) and used the
config file found in arch/arm/configs/s3c2410_defconfig.
I'm using HaRET 0.3.4 connected with the usb cable. The initrd
image comes from http://opdenacker.org/pda/ipaq/starterkit/

The problem is that the device freezes after displaying the eyes.bmp and
the red thermometer.
Any idea ? I've done something wrong ?
