familiar 0.61 pre issues

before anybody says bugzilla ( it appears broken )
( have e-mailed the webmaster...)
i am using familiar 0.61 pre and it looks like even buisy box wont
install

ipkg install -force-reinstall busybox_0.61.0-16_arm.ipk
