When Uncompressing Linux ... I got a crc error message...

I have a ipaq model 3670 trying to install familiar v0.4, with a stock 2.4.3
kernel image.When Uncompressing Linux ... I got a crc error message...
I have checked the kernel image with md5sum.

I have installed familiar v0.4 in ipaq model 3630. It works fine.
