USBNet implementation on Ipaq

I was told that the iPAQ usb implementation emulates an Anchorchips USB<->USB
direct connect dongle. Does anybody know whether this applies to the Ipaq
running WinCE, the Ipaq running Linux, or both?

I'm attempting to get USBNet working on the Linux Ipaq using a Windows host.
I'm hoping that I can use the EZ-Link networking drivers on the windows end, but
if the linux implementation does not match the WinCE, I imagine I will have to
write a new Windows driver from scratch.

I would appreciate input from anyone who has knowledge of these issues, or
anyone already working towards this type of implementation. I believe as we
begin to target this platform towards the non-technical user, it will be
important to provide connectivity options without requiring them to have a linux
host pc.
