rock.crl.dec.com down..?

I just installed the a beta kernel to support my new dual slot sleeve
as per instructions in the Linux2.4.6 Wiki (including the new ipkg
v0.9 and the edit to ipkg.conf), but when I attempt to update the
packages ("ipkg update") listing it seems that the package host is
down; the update times out and retries ad infinitum. Is there an
alternate site for the packages hosted there..?
