I have found that the iPAQ executables run fine on a Netwinder.

I am testing things going the other way. (NW->iPAQ)

Even though Rebel has closed its doors, Netwinders can be found on eBay
and elsewhere.

I think www.netwinder.org has compile farms free for use. (Have to verify
that)

I run mine over a network to avoid loading it with the X server.

Although not blazingly fast, it is more than adequate.
