Compiling for the Ipaq

Hi,

In the "Howtos-Building X clients Programs for the Ipaq" it it said that
there is 3 options for compiling :

1. cross compilation
2. native compilation on Skiff machines
3. native compilation on an Ipaq.

How can I do native compilation on the Ipaq ? I don't have any compiler.
Do I have to do cross compilation ?
