ion suggestion

A suggestion for ion's user interface:

Don't allow dragging of a window titlebar to another pane until that app has
focus.
I find that when I try to give an app focus, I often get jitter in the
stylus which causes it to instead try to drag the titlebar. Forcing you to
click, then drag, should fix that.

Perhaps my screen is knackered, or I have dodgy wrists or something, but it
seems overly sensitive to me!
