ipkg submission?

I followed the instructions on the ipkg wiki for submitting new
ipkgs, but received a failure notice for delivery to a7r_at_andern.org.
Is there a different address/method to use these days?

It's nmap, by the way. I would have submitted dsniff as well today,
but I spent most of my free time wrestling with two blown caps in the
power circuit of my Apple Airport base station, and wrestling with
getting 128-bit WEP running on the LinkSys WAP11 I bought to fiddle
with (hardware deaths, even temporary ones -- I'll have replacement
caps on Friday -- are always great excuses to buy more gear. :)
instead of fixing a path coding I didn't catch in the makefile when I
compiled dsniff the first time.
