I've got a little Python script which given an IP/address and a port number
will connect to that port and (try to) talk just enough Shoutcast to it to
get the stream back. It sends the stream out to stdout, so you can just
pipe it into madplay...

As for xmms and mpg123 - they have both run on the ipaq in the past, but
there's not much point. Madplay is much better for the ipaq since it's
integer-only, so the performace is *much* better.
