I've got one -- it works.
Add:
card "New Media LiveWire 10BT"
version "iPort", "CF 10M Ethernet Card"
bind "pcnet_cs"
to /etc/pcmcia/config. I put it after the other new media cards.
restart cardmgr:
/etc/init.d/pcmcia restart
and insert the card.
If that doesn't work, either boot with the console set to serial, or kill X,
and write down what cardmgr says about it.
I used a CF -> PCMCIA adaptor and my laptop the first time I fished the data
out.
