New Media LiveWire 10BT Compact flash Ethernet Adapter

I have a 3635 ipaq running Familiar Linux. I just picked up a NewMedia's
LiveWire Compact Flash 10 Base-T Ethernet LAN adapter at CompUSA yesterday.
This is the only brand they carried (at least at the CompUSA where I live).
The box said that it works with NE2000 driver in WinCE.

Before opening the box, I just wonder if anyone on this list has
successfully use this LiveWire CF Ethernet card with Familiar Linux? If so,
what configuration do I need to do to get it to work.
