I'm unsure whether this falls into "nice to have" or "essential for
everyone", since it really depends on how the current community uses
their systems, but...

I'd love to see stowd work after resuming from sleep. Currently I
have to reboot to regain stowd functionality. Killing the process
after resume doesn't help.
