Thanks for doing the packaging. I've been using Dillo quite a bit,
and you may be surprised to find out that almost none of that time
was spent online: Dillo is quite useful for reading HTML files off the
ipaq itself, such as ebooks that are available in that format. (such
as http://www.baen.com/library/ )

(BTW, the GTK file navigation widget is hopelessly large, but I just
use the dropdown to get to '/', then write 'return' (hmm, also '/')
then navigate the fileystem tree from there.)

Anyway, that's my longwinded way of saying not to bury Dillo under
Network. I agree, it's not quite Graphics, either. How about adding
Web as a toplevel, and dropping it there (no submenu)?
