Cannot find source tree for zImage-2.4.3-rmk2-np1(-fam2).*.src.tgz

hi.
i wanna compile the kernel on familiar v0.4 from
source.

for this i req zImage-2.4.3-rmk2-np1(-fam2).*.src.tgz

i have searched the cvs and the familiar website but
cannot find the source tree for the kernel.

can someone tell me where to find the source tree for
this kernel.
