ipaq w/ familiar v0.4 & QPE 1.3.1 -> ?AND? vncserver ?

First an assumption.
I seem to remember that I have read somewhere on the trolltech
QPE site that it is possible to run a vncserver concurrently with a
"qpe" server. The former to allow remote display and the later to
actually display on the ipaq itself?

If this is true :
Is there a binary of a vncserver out there that would work on top
of the ipaq arm-linux (familiar v0.4 - kernel-2.4.3-rmk2-np1)? Or
does anybody have a cheat-sheet on what was involved in getting
theirs compiled?
