Looks like prices have already dropped a bit on the 3670 (according to C/Net)
but here is a quick list of systems and upgrade costs from the below site.

http://www.pce2000.com/ipaq64.asp

From my calculations:

As Shipped Upgraded Upg Cost Price
32/16 -> 64/32 : $382.00 + $465.00 = $874.00
32/32 -> 64/32 : $149.00 + $465.00 = $614.00
64/16 -> 64/32 : $179.00 + $649.00 = $828.00

The starting 32/32 is only if you are lucky enough to get one with the larger
FLASH (which is the cheapest route if you can find one.) This company will
also upgrade the iPaq bios to a version that will support the memory upgrade.
I have not used them yet, but from the good feedback I have seen I think they
may be a good bunch. for $25 they will also do the screen work to keep more
dust from getting in.
