fdisk on familiar 0.4

I need a fdisk on my ipaq. I can't find it in the familiar dist. 0.4.
I need it to initialize my new CF card - maybe there is another way? I
haven't got an pcmcia adapter, so i cant't use my Laptop for the task...

 Hi,
        I wanted to know where can i find the souce codes for the Compaq-ipaq keypad/keyboard which has been implemented for the embedded linux IPAQ Pda (H3600) which is an open source.Can anyone lead me to the patch or in which current kernel this is supported.
