ide-info not found? Cardmgr and the IBM microdrive

Some people have talked around this but I have not seen an explicit
solution.

When I start cardmgr it gives me an error... ide-info not found. Where do I
get this binary? Is this the only fix needed to get the Microdrive up and
running?
