I'm using the Orinoco (gold) card in both the single and dual slot sleeves.
I did have the problem with the card being recoginzed as memory early on but
it seemed that cardmgr was getting confused. I ran /etc/init.d/pcmcia restart
and that always fixed the problem for me.
