Irdadump and Irmanager missing?

Hello,

Been messing around with IrDA but still no luck...
Until I realised that I do not have irdadump and irmanager on the iPAQ??

My installation:

1. Familiar 0.4
2. Kernel 2.4.3.rmk2.np1
3. QPE 1.3.1

[root@ipaq /root]# ipkg files irda-common
//
//usr/
//usr/sbin/
//usr/sbin/irattach
//usr/lib/
//usr/lib/menu/
//usr/lib/menu/irda-common

So where do I get irdadump and irmanager?
