ipkg not works as i want

Hi all,

  After setting up the iPAQ, I found that the ipkg script followed with
familiar-0.4.1 seems not working satisfactory. When I type "ipkg install
package_name", it always go to the Internet to search. Instead I have all
the packages in /mnt/ramfs/tmp, does someone encounter this kind of
problem? Or have someone modified the script(I'm a Linux newbie that found
hard to modify it)? If so, please share it out.
