IrDA don't work after deep sleep?

Hi all,

I am running H3660 with kernel-2.4.3-rmk2-np1 and Familiar 0.4 on top.

I spend few days trying set up ANY IrDA communication (Linux <-> Linux),
but without success. After a lot of wandering around, reading list
archives and documentation, experimenting with modules, crashing and a lot
of rebooting/reseting of both machines, I finally found, that I'm stupid or
something is completely wrong. :-)))

Today I try to turn off my iPAQ (by bottom left switch) and after this
"clean" boot IrDA is working on first try! But to the first deep sleep
only. Then I must turn it off again.
This is very unusefull, because I need transfer data from ramdisk via IrDA
after deep sleep. :-)

I try to kill irattach and unload all IR related modules before deep
sleep, but without any positive effect.

Second thing is, that I can't deep sleep when irattach is running, because
after "wake up" is iPAQ completely frozen (but that is not real problem,
because I can kill it before).

Can somebody tell me, please, how to correct this problems (kernel upgrade
etc.)? Is it my fault or just software bug?
