large file transfer to familiar - HELP

Hi,
I am trying to upload j2se to my ipaq.
I am uploading it using hyperteminal via zmodem.
Everything seems to be going fine, but just as it finishes
it gives me 'transfer cancelled by user' message, and ipaq's console prints
out 'segmentation fault'.
The file is rather large - around 12 megs or so.
This does not happen with the smaller files.
Can someone help me with this?
