  Ya, that really isn't too clear is it, what it means is:
  "iPAQ now ready to receive bootldr via xmodem protocol, please upload
now."

> ...................TIMEOUT
> Download Failed!
> download error. aborting.

  It timed out waiting for you to send it the bootldr file :-)

PS
  xmodem doesn't know where to put the bootldr file, but the osloader
does :-)
