Not at all, with "load xxx" the bootloader waits for you to start an
xmodem upload of the apropriated file. (e.g. after load bootloader, you
must use your terminal program (with minicom: <ctrl>-a s, select xmodem,
select the file (use space to select it or change directories), with zoc
(on windows) use <pg-up>, select xmodem, select file ...) to send the
bootldr-0000-2.14.8 using xmodem.

(Note: especially with minicom the bootloader tends to timeout before
       you were able to change to the directory and select the file)
