Yes, but if you just want to do web browsing, I'd either go for one of
this tabular pcs or stick with WindowsCE (mobile IE is a lot better than
any iPaq browser currently available (e.g. dillo does not do tables or
frames)

There is no testes CF wireless card (symbol supposedly has one, but I
was not able to get one), so you'd have to go with PC card (yes the CF
expansion sleeve is smaller/lighter and cheaper, but the PC Card one
does offer an additional battery)

There are special tabular PCs (with 640x480 or 800x600) and either
WindowsCE or a proprietary OS just for this. Siemens has one and there
are much more made by Taiwanese companies (sorry no links) they are not
available in germany anyway (but most likely in the us)
