I've reformatted the code to use slightly clearer (and more efficient)
concatenation of the required strings.

Since menu-tiny doesn't seem to have been announced quite yet, I'll play
with it tomorrow and post foal 0.6-7 when I'm done. Foal 0.6-7 will also
include primitive docking support, which works with xstroke, but requires
the user to explicitely tell it what to dock at run-time, and fails utterly
to dock normal apps properly. :(
