Can't reboot or reinstall!

Hi,

I installed and used Familiar 0.4 for weeks, but suddenly it wouldn't
boot so I reinstalled it from scratch ("load bootldr"). After "load
root", I typed "boot" in the boot loader, but it won't start. I think
the following are relevant kernel boot log. It seems like file system
has some problem.
