Unfortunately not.
Neither familiar nor QtPalmEnvironment support/feature
this, sorry. The only editors available are for text/plain
files with monospace fonts.
I'd say that QPE will feature a WordPorcessor and than a Spreadsheet a
lot sooner than Familiar. But I hope to be proven wrong ;-)
