This means that, provided you:
a) checked the bootloader md5sum
and
b) passed it via xmodem

it is installed, and you need to hardware reset the ipaq in order for
things to work properly.

I found this out after being quite annoyed by later stages not working . . .

Could we add this to the FAQ or make it more explicit in the install
instructions?
