error installing bootldr

Hi

Am emailing for advice following attempt to install Linux on IPAQ.

after performing load bootldr and sending
bootldr-0000-2.14.5-bigkernel-mono, and then performing pflash 0 0xffff 1 ,
qflash returns value=00000000 not 00010001

We attempted to reupload the bootldr but this fails as the flash is
protected.

The IPAQ is on so the boot> is still running.
