"System Clock using hardware clock as ref" message while booting

Hi All,
I had installed successfully the Familiar Linux ver 0.5 on my Compaq iPAQ
3650 yesterday, but today when I restarted it by pressing the "Reset" notch
at the bottom of iPAQ it does not successfully boots but I see the following
message through HyperTerminal and iPAQ just sits there, does nothing:

Setting the System Clock using the Hardware Clock as reference...

Any one seen above kind of error/message before please put some light,
because I don't want to install the whole Linux again :(
