Instal quirks

I just went through the archive for the last couple months, and
have a couple nits to pick.

-resizing the kernal image space to 512k is a really annoying default,
since it is almost impossible to build a new kernel that fits in
   512k.

I tried ~8 times over two days before I built a couple that were
small enough, but wouldn't boot, gave up on building a new kernel,
and used CVS to snitch a `close enough' source tree to patch and
   build keyboard driver mods . . . (I finally grabbed a May 16th linux
tree and used that, and the defaults built to ~560k)

-CVS tags should be advertised someplace obvious so that boneheads
like me can find them before banging our heads on the wall many
   times.

(can one get CVS to list the tags? I haven't found a way in the docs
   yet . . . )

-Could we not link iv to vi? It made me worry when basic things just
   didn't work. (I had a 20k dos vi that worked better :/ )

-linking direct instructions on how to get to the skiffs and just
where the new .ipks for things like vim are to be found would also be
   nice.

Those are the most annoying ones, at least.

Thanks,
        Suika
