as far as i can tell, my installation went well, but any time i boot, i get
the following errors
Starting X...
cardmgr[59]: starting, version is 3.1.20
xset: not found
xrdb: not found
xrdb: not found
cardmgr[59]: watching 2 sockets
cardmgr[59]: Card Services release does not match
blackbox: error while loading shared libraries:
/usr/lib/libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3: undefined symbol: __ti3ios
Could not init font path
element /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/ fonts/100dpi/, removing from list!
--then i get the login prompt...
when i installed, i used the larger filesystem image so i wouldnt have to
get networking working right away, since i would have to do it over the
serial link...
the error that bothers me the most is the one that happens when blackbox
tries to start, as all i end up with is the cross-hatched X screen and the
virtual keyboard/mouse thingy...
i can start things from the console like the mixer, but they appear without
window decorations, apparently because theres no window manager...
any help would be greatly appreciated, as would any pointers on serial link
networking to a windows box...
by the way, im using a 3670...
