32MB of flash is definitely handled by the bootldr 2.16.19, the question
is whether it detects 128MB of DRAM out of the box. I think we do have
that supported into the mainstream bootldr now. I will test it locally
and let you know.
256MB is not supported directly by the bootldr, but I think a few 'poke
ram' commands will turn on the second bank.
