First of all thank you all for all your help.
I have contacted Haret mailing list asking about Hp Ipaq 114 and more
precisely about the Marvell PXA 310 Haret boot support.
It seems that Marvell does not publish the register level
specifications for the PXA chip so one of the Haret developers do not
know if Haret needs to be modified to fit Marvell particularities.
It seems that adapting Haret to PXA 310 or another new processor
==without== docs could take several months of dedicated reverse engineering.
As long as I do not have this time I will not continue the quest for
installing Familiar Linux on a Hp Ipaq 114.
