SD card on h39xx on fam 0.8.4 not found

I've this weekend reflashed my 3900 to 0.8.4, having had it running on
.2 before. After this reflash, the SD card is no longer found. I
couldn't find anything on this in the release notes - is there some
module I should load?

Here's some output:
