problem bitbaking opie-image -- linux-hotplug

Hello,

I am trying to bitbake an opie-image for an hx4700 using the
familiar build tree. I'm getting an error on
linux-hotplug-20040920-r9. I am currently looking into the bb
scripts and haven't seen anything obvious yet. The error is
pasted at the bottom of this message.

When I look at the contents of the
build-ipaq-pxa270-opie/tmp/work/arm-linux/linux-hotplug-20040920-r9/image/etc/hotplug
directory, I see an empty directory called "{usb,pci}", I'm
guessing this is the result of a failed expansion from the
install -d command below. Does anyone have any ideas on what
to look for or how to fix this?
